Two throwers will lead the Ukrainian Team at the IAAF World Junior Championships which start on Tuesday here in Bydgoszcz: Mykyta Nesterenko, Discus Throw World Junior record holder (1.750 – 70.13m) and woman javelin thrower Vira Rebryk, whose recent 61.64m was very close to the World Junior record of 62.93m.
The squad also includes national record holders Seheda Stanislav (19.95 SP 6kg), Martynyuk Andriy (75.46 Hammer 6kg), and decathlete Mark Tymchenko (7242 points).
Ostrava World Youth champion 400m runner Yuliya Baraley and World Youth bronze medallist Dmytro Savickiy (shot put) complete the team.
