Electronic Timekeeping Seminar
The purpose of this seminar is to qualify the Member Federation to set up (calibrate) and conduct electronic time-keeping with the timing system(s) the federation has or intends to work with. The development of the necessary team-work and application in a real competition situation at the end of the seminar is comprehensive for the quality of this module.
Manual Sports Physiotherapy Seminar
The purpose of this “hands-on” seminar is to further qualify already certified physiotherapists (not coaches!) who are interested in working with athletes in manual sports physiotherapy. Manual physiotherapeutic skills for acute intervention; function diagnosis and therapy for the most common injuries in Track and Field are practised with injured athletes in the areas of Articulation and Spine; Trunk; Upper & Lower Extremities; Knee, Foot & Ankle.
The main goal of this seminar is to support the Member Federations in building their support systems for the training process / competition including injury prevention and therapy.

MF Sports Marketing Seminar
The purpose of this seminar is to introduce an overview of various aspects of sports marketing and the application of basic principles of sports marketing. This seminar will provide participants with an up-to-date understanding of marketing concepts as they are currently being applied in various sports management contexts. There is an emphasis on the overlapping of marketing and journalism and the growing importance of communication.
The main goal of the seminar is to produce a sustainable and ongoing improvement in marketing in each Member Federation with a special emphasis on what is actually practical. Moreover there is a focus on a marketing-networking – achieved by a marketing knowledge-exchange between Member Federations.
MF Female Leadership WS
The purpose of this seminar is to introduce an overview of the various aspects of leadership with a special focus on women and their abilities and opportunities to perform in influential positions. This seminar will provide participants with an up-to-date understanding of strategic communication, project management and leadership concepts as they are currently being applied in various sport and business contexts. Emphasis is placed on the special opportunities and changes in the field of leadership and the increasing chances for women in a global context.
The main goal of this seminar is to engender a sustainable, ongoing, systematic improvement of women in a leadership position in each Member Federation. There is a special focus on direct practicableness and actual problem solving. Moreover there is a focus on communication, networking, leadership style and differences between men and women. Every participant will leave the seminar with solutions concerning their individual tasks within their national federation or department.
