IAAF Vice-President Lord Sebastian Coe, the Chairman of the Organising Committee for Games of the XXX Olympiad, London 2012, wed Carole Annett in Surrey, England on 2 July 2011.
This is the second marriage for the father of four, a two-time Olympic 1500m champion (1980/84) who set twelve World records during his career. His bride is a champion at real tennis, the daughter of former England cricket captain M.J.K.Smith.
Australia’s 2000 Olympic and two-time World 400m champion (1997/1999) Cathy Freeman gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Ruby Anne Susie Murch, on 8 July 2011. She has been married to James Murch since 2009.
The 2009 European Junior Shot Put champion Alyona Dubitskaya (née Hryshko) of Belarus presented her husband, 2008 World Junior hammer bronze medallist Oleg Dubitskiy, with a daughter on 7 July 2011.
Mariage de Lord Coe; Un premier enfant pour Freeman
Lord Sebastian Coe, vice-président de l'IAAF et président du Comité d'organisation local des Jeux de la XXXe Olympiade, Londres 2012, a épousé Carole Annett, dans le comté anglais du Surrey, le 2 juillet 2011.
Il s'agit du second mariage de Lord Coe, père de quatre enfants, qui a été champion olympique du 1500m deux fois (1980/84) et a établi douze records du monde au cours de sa carrière. Son épouse, qui excelle au jeu de paume, est la fille de M.J.K.Smith, un ancien capitaine de cricket de l'équipe d'Angleterre.
