Organisers of the Melbourne and Sydney Track Classics which will take place on 25 and 28 January respectively, have announced the participation of Maurice Green and Donovan Bailey in both events.
Maurice Green (USA) is the current World Champion in the 100m following his victory in last August's World Championships in Athletics in Athens, with a winning time of 9.86 seconds, whilst Donovan Bailey (CAN) is the holder of the world record in the same event following his 9.84 victory in the Atlanta Olympics on 27 July 1996.
