World Athletics is seeking a Safeguarding Manager. This role will join the World Athletics team and play an important role in strengthening safeguarding across the global athletics community. Working closely with the Athletics Integrity Unit, Member Federations and Area Associations, the Safeguarding Manager will manage safeguarding queries and concerns, oversee appropriate referrals and risk mitigation measures, and help ensure cases are handled in line with best practice. The role also includes supporting education and capacity-building initiatives, analysing safeguarding trends, and contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a safe and respectful environment for athletes and participants worldwide.
