Head of Accounting
This role will play a key role in overseeing the organisation’s accounting function and strengthening financial reporting processes. Working under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Accounting will ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, manage the monthly and annual closing processes, and support the implementation of the organisation’s finance ERP system. The role also includes supervising a small accounting team, strengthening internal controls and compliance frameworks, and helping to structure and formalise accounting processes across the organisation.

Procurement Manager
This newly created position will lead the development of the organisation’s procurement function. Working under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement Manager will design and implement procurement processes and policies, oversee the procure-to-pay cycle, and ensure compliance with governance and approval frameworks. The role also includes managing supplier relationships, supporting the deployment of procurement tools and workflows, and working closely with internal teams to promote best practices and strengthen cost-control culture across the organisation.
