The Anti-Doping Statistics for tests carried out in 2012 under the direct authority of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) have been published on the IAAF website. These testing statistics only include IAAF tests and do not include those carried out by National Anti-Doping Agencies, WADA or the IOC.
The IAAF Registered Testing Pool in 2012 contained 525 athletes, who were selected from the top 20 athletes in each event discipline.
The top 10 nations tested in 2012 were as follows:

Statistiques lutte contre le dopage : les dix nations les plus contrôlées
Les statistiques des contrôles antidopage effectués en 2012 sous l'autorité directe de l'Association Internationale des Fédérations d'Athlétisme (IAAF) ont été publiées sur le site internet de l'IAAF.
Ces statistiques concernent uniquement les contrôles de l'IAAF et n'incluent pas ceux réalisés par les agences nationales antidopage, l'AMA ou le CIO.
Le Groupe-cible de l’IAAF en 2012 comprenait 525 athlètes sélectionnés à partir du Top 20 de chaque discipline.
