In Tokyo, Japan earlier today the Local Organising Committee for the 11th IAAF World Championships in Athletics, Osaka, Japan (25 August – 2 September 2007) held a press conference to launch the official commemorative stamps for the championships.
In attendance were Hiroaki Dan (Vice-President, Japan Post), Keisuke Sawaki (General Secretary, Japan Association of Athletics Federations), Hiromasa Hemmi (General Secretary, LOC), and the following athletes, Shingo Suetsugu (200m), Kumiko Ikeda (Long Jump), Naoyuki Daigo (High Jump), and Kenji Narisako (400m Hurdles).
