Two of France's most famous alltime athletes who are now in retirement, Marie-José Perec, multiple World and Olympic champion (200m/400m), and Stéphane Diagana, World and European 400m Hurdles champion, will take part in a charity 5km run in order to raise funds for a centre to fight cancer.
The event is organised by 'Celebrities for Sports and Charities' and the 'Odyssea' association, and will take place on Sunday 9 October at 11am in the Esplanade du Château de Vincennes, Paris, France.
