Paula Radcliffe donates London Marathon bib to the IAAF

Marathon World record holder and 2005 World champion, Paula Radcliffe donated the bib which she wore when winning the 2005 London Marathon in a "women only race" record of 2:17:42 to the IAAF’s Athletics for a Better World humanitarian project.

Radcliffe set the Marathon World record of 2:15:25 alson in London but in 2003 and won a superb World title this summer in Helsinki.

The British runner is also top of the IAAF World Rankings for road running events and fourth overall.

Radcliffe's resume also include three World Half Marathon titles, two World Cross Country titles, a European and a Commonwealth titles.

Radcliffe's framed bib is the latest of a number of prestigious items which the IAAF will soon auction on its website.

All profits made with the auction of the 31-year-old’s framed bib will be donated to the United Nations Associations: FAO, UNICEF and WFP.
