The rules
1To enter the competition, you need to sign in or create a World Athletics+ account. Not sure how? Keep reading the rules.
2You must include a comment in the text box at the bottom of this page. You can simply type “Win” to enter, or get a bonus entry by tagging two friends on the official World Athletics competition post (Instagram, Facebook, or X), and sharing the username you used to tag them in the text box.
3Once submitted, if you are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign in or create a World Athletics+ account.
4The winner will be notified by email after 07 August - good luck!
The prize
1st Prize (Winner) - Trip for two plus tickets to every competition session: A trip for the winner and one accompanying person to Budapest: - Three (3) nights’ accommodation - Economy round-trip flights Tickets for the winner and their accompanying person to every competition session.

Terms and Conditions
Travel & entry dates
- If the first prize winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian during the trip.
- The mandatory travel period is from Friday 11 September to Monday 14 September 2026.
- The competition entry period opens on Monday 13 July 2026 and closes on Friday 07 August 2026 at 5:00pm CEST.
- All winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
