Court of Arbitration decision on second appeal from Blake Leeper

World Athletics would like to thank the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for their time in reviewing and reaching a decision on this case. This decision confirms the one taken by the Mechanical Aids Review Panel on 26 April 2021 and means Mr Leeper cannot compete wearing these new RSPs at World Athletics Series Events or the Olympic Games but can in other International Competitions, although his results will be listed separately and not recognised.
