- Closing date: Entries must be submitted by 11 November 2024 at 5:00 PM CET.
- Eligibility: No age limit to enter. However, if the winner is under 18, they must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian .
- Availability to travel: The winner and their accompanying person must be available to travel from 29 November to 2 December 2024 (inclusive).
- Prize:
- The VIP Trip to Monaco will be awarded to one winner, selected at random from all valid entries.
- VIP trip details: Includes round-trip flights (economy class) for two persons , 3-night hotel accommodation (4 stars) and VIP access to the World Athletics Awards in Monaco on 1 December 2024.
- After selecting the winner, a further ten participants will be randomly selected to win an exclusive group digital meet & greet online with one or more World Athletics Awards finalists.
- Meet & greet details: A group digital meet & greet for ten winners. Date and time will be at World Athletics' discretion and confirmed closer to the World Athletics Awards.
