Great Britain & Northern Ireland will send a team of 30 athletes to the World Athletics Relays Guangzhou 25 on 10-11 May.
Great Britain secured medals in four of the five relay disciplines at the 2023 World Championships in Budapest and then claimed medals in all five relay disciplines at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The squad will seek more success in Guangzhou, where qualifying places for the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 in September are up for grabs.
“It is great to see a team combining world and Olympic medallists alongside several developing athletes to strengthen the depth of relay runners across the GB&NI team,” said Darren Campbell, head of sprints, hurdles and relays at UK Athletics.
“I am looking forward to the squad developing their relay skills whilst performing their very best on the world stage and looking to secure a qualification spot for the Tokyo World Championships later this year.”
