World medallists Teo Andant, Gilles Biron, Loic Prevot and David Sombe are among the athletes named as part of the French team for the World Athletics Relays Guangzhou 25 on 10-11 May.
Andant, Biron, Prevot and Sombe formed part of the squad that secured men’s world 4x400m silver in Budapest in 2023 and now Tokyo is the target, with relay places at the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 up for grabs in Guangzhou.
France claimed two podium places at the last edition of the World Relays in The Bahamas, finishing runner-up in the women’s 4x100m and third in the men’s 4x100m last year.
Chloe Galet, Helene Parisot, Jeff Erius and Pablo Mateo were among the athletes in action in Nassau and they have also been named for Guangzhou.
