Tickets and seating 

 

Ticket delivery

 

Tickets for the event will be emailed to all spectators by the Tickets Glasgow box office approximately two weeks before the event. Please note that you will receive a separate email with your tickets for each session booked.

Ticket scanning 

 

Remember to keep your tickets with you at all times. Make sure your mobile phone is fully charged to allow you to show your e-tickets if you haven’t printed a copy.

 

There will also be box office support for ticket holders located at the pedestrian access to the venue during the championships from 1-3 March. There is also an internal box office for ticket queries in the main concourse on level 3.

 

Child tickets

 

Children over 3 years of age require their own ticket (under 3s must sit on parent/guardian knee). Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Booster seats are not available.

 

Session times

 

Doors open 90 minutes before sessions start. Arrive early and enjoy our pre-competition activities. A full event schedule can be found here.

 

Bag search

 

On entering the venue, you will pass through security screening, which will include a bag search and ‘pat down’. Try and avoid bringing bags if you can, the maximum bag size permitted is 40cm x 30cm x 30 cm. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

 

Where is my seat?  

 

Stewards and volunteers will be on hand to guide you to your seat. Please have your ticket ready.

Attending multiple sessions on the same day

 

Please note that you will be asked to leave the venue at the end of the morning session so that the Arena can be cleaned and to allow for a full security check to take place ahead of the evening session.

All bookings are subject to the WIC Glasgow 24 ticketing terms and conditions, event restrictions and terms and conditions of the ticketing service provider Tickets Glasgow. Tickets Glasgow terms and conditions can be found here.

 

 

Refunds and resale

 

As per the ticket purchase policy, tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you can pass your tickets on to friends and family members. There is no resale facility available for this event.
