We have a range of locally sourced, tasty food and drinks available to purchase from the arena’s catering concessions in the concourse and from the mobile units within the arena – why not treat yourself? All outlets accept cash and card payments.
Water in a Box is the official, exclusive water supplier for the event, helping us to reduce a plastic waste stream. With unwavering commitment to sustainability, Water in a Box produces great tasting British water in packaging, made solely of responsibly sourced, renewable or recycled materials, which is fully recyclable and carbon-neutral. It is available for purchase at the arena’s catering concessions.
There will also be water refill stations throughout the venue, so please bring your own non-glass reusable water bottle (up to 500ml).

As part of our commitment to sustainability and actions to minimize the environmental impact of the event, we are encouraging you to pre-order either a digital version of the programme at a reduced cost to access on your digital device, or a print copy ahead of time to collect on arrival. This will allow us to reduce our overall print run and eliminate excess paper waste.
There will only be a very limited number of programmes to purchase at the event, so book now to ensure a great read.

There is no ATM in the venue, you will find the nearest cashpoints at the Esso petrol station opposite Dalmarnock Station or at Celtic Park, 95 Kerrydale Street.
These are available in all spectator toilets.
There will be no smoke effects, strobe lighting or pyrotechnics used during the event, however there will be live music played during the sessions. Ear defenders can be provided free of charge from our information point in the main concourse.
Booster seats are not available.
There is no cloakroom service at the venue so please try and avoid bringing bags if you can. The maximum bag size permitted is 40cm x 30cm x 30 cm. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.
The information desk is located in the main concourse on level 3.
AlphaMed are our official medical supplier providing, ambulance and first aid services at the Arena. While on site, our medical staff can be approached directly or via one of our stewards.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at the venue, requests can be submitted to wicglasgow24@glasgowlife.org.uk
Wi-Fi is available in the venue, subject to availability.
Breastfeeding is welcome at the venue.
As part of our commitment to delivering as green and sustainable an event as possible, we have implemented a simple three waste stream waste management policy to deliver a 100% waste away from landfill. Please help us deliver this vital goal by placing your rubbish in the correct bins! Volunteers are on hand to assist you.
