Triangle of Agility

Aim: To practise different elements of zig-zag sprinting, running in a curve and slalom as fast as possible. 

In this activity participants run around a triangle course of 3 different elements to try and finish the fastest with the correct techniques used. 

Participants should remember that agility requires rapid changes of direction and speed.
