Travel by train

Aim: To follow the first player, the engine, carefully around the course to each station. Players should try to change direction at the correct time, following the engine's lead.

Players stand at different points, or stations, of the course waiting for the engine to approach and lead them to the next station. The train must travel in order, stations one to six, and follow the player in front of them precisely. The train must also be aware they may need to stop suddenly at a red signal.

This game uses bilateral movements and rhythm to follow other players and keep the same speed. Players are encouraged to run with their heads up and face the way they are running to avoid bumping into other players or going off course.
