Throw Further

Aim: To practise a 5-step run up when throwing for distance using their dominant and non-dominant arm.

In this activity, participants start from a side on position and use a 5-step run up to throw an object as far as possible into the throwing area ahead. 

Participants should remember to keep their throwing arm extended at shoulder height and as long as possible during the throw.
