Aim: To practise agility, bilateral and reactive movements and body awareness through jumping for distance with a precise landing.
This activity requires participants to be aware of foul take offs and how to avoid them. Participants need to control their speed to land in the target zone with a two-footed jump.
Participants run to the take-off zone, taking off from one leg and aiming to jump into a target circle with two feet. Target circles are moved forward until no participant can reach it.
