Aim: To practise agility, bilateral movements, coordination and rhythm through a combined course of sprint, hurdles and slalom shuttle relay.
This group activity requires control of speed for the slalom part of the course, while focus should also be on an upright position when running the course.
Participants run an obstacle course as well as a straight sprint. The first member of the team completes the obstacle course, passing the baton to the next teammate who will sprint and pass the baton to the third teammate who will run the obstacle course.
