Javelin 'Bullseye' Throw

Aim: To practise a javelin throw from a side on position, using a run up for precision and distance with both their dominant and non-dominant arm. 

In this activity, participants use a 5-step run up to throw the javelin towards the middle of the target zone. 

Participants should remember to keep their throwing arm extended at shoulder height and maintain an upright posture during the run up.
