Discus 'Bullseye' Throw with Turn

Aim: To practise a discus throw with one turn for precision and distance with both their dominant and non-dominant arm. 

In this activity, participants take turns to perform a discus throw with a rotational turn towards the middle of the target zone. 

Participants should remember to keep a balanced and upright posture with both arms at shoulder height during the turn(s) whilst keeping their throwing arm long.
