Aim: To create a rhythm to jump in each direction and develop bilateral movement skills. 

Players develop their jumping skills, using both their arms and legs to propel them to the next spot.  

Players practise their reactive movements by jumping between compass points marked on the ground, concentrating on the rhythm they have set.
