Run up & throw

Aim: To develop bilateral and reactive movements, balance and coordination when throwing for distance with a run up.

In this activity, participants will need to throw forwards and up with an extended arm for better acceleration and distance. 

Participants use a three-step run-up to throw their object as far as possible into the throwing area.
