Rotational Single Arm Push

Aim: To practise a rotational single-arm medicine ball push for distance using their dominant and non-dominant arm.

In this activity, participants start in a standing position and complete a turn towards the foul line and use one arm to push the medicine ball as far as possible into the throwing area.

Participants should remember to make sure the shot sits at the base of their fingers rather than in the palm of their hand and keep their body balanced during the rotation.
