Rhythmic jump relay

Aim: To develop coordination, agility, rhythm, bilateral and reactive movements through combining single-foot jumps and sprinting. 

This team activity focuses on control of rhythm when jumping in an upright position. 

Participants jump a series of single-foot jumps into the circles in the given rhythm. Then they will land with two feet and sprint back to the start line to handover to the next participant.
