Reverse-ball

Aim: To use the whole body to throw the ball and then run between bases.

This group activity promotes agility and balance when running to the bases and using the overhead throw. 

The thrower uses an overhead throw to throw the ball backwards and run to the base in front of them. Fielders try to collect the ball as quickly as they can to stop the thrower running between the bases.
