Aim: To develop confidence in rhythmic quintuple jump using agility, bilateral and reactive movements, rhythm and coordination.
This activity encourages participants to focus on jumping in rhythm, while maintaining speed and landing on two feet without falling backwards.
Participants take it in turns to run up and use one-footed jumps from circle to circle in the set rhythm of the activity. They then land with two feet. Points are awarded per zone landed in, the team score is then made up of individual's scores combined.
