Javelin Target Throw

Aim: To practise a javelin throw for precision using both their dominant and non-dominant arm. 

In this activity, participants take turns to perform a javelin throw from a standing position into three zones.

Participants should remember to focus on an extended throwing arm at shoulder height and keeping an upright position.
