Hurdles M

Aim: To run over hurdles with varying distances as fast as possible. 

In this activity, participants take the three point start position and react quickly to the start signal, running over the hurdles and completing the course as quickly as possible. 

Participants should remember to focus and look forward, run over the hurdles rather than jumping over them and practise agility to clear the hurdles with both legs.
