Aim: To run an overall distance of 1,500m on different terrain, practising the step on technique over obstacles.
In this activity, participants run around a 1,500m course over 10 laps of 150m. They will need to step on the immovable obstacles and jump over the line in front.
Participants should remember to find a speed they can maintain for the whole distance and to actively push forward rather than upwards when tackling the obstacles.
