8-Second Hurdle Sprint

Aim: To run over hurdles and as far as possible for 8 seconds. 

In this activity, participants all use the same starting position, either three point or block, and on the start signal react quickly to run over the hurdles towards the zones ahead. 

Participants should remember to focus and look forward, practise agility to clear the hurdles with both legs and run over the hurdles rather than jumping over them.
