60m Hurdles

Aim: To run 60m over hurdles as quickly as possible and to practise the block or three point start. 

In this activity, participants all use the same starting position and on the start signal react quickly to run over the hurdles towards the finish line as quickly as possible. 

Participants should remember to focus and look forward and run over the hurdles rather than jumping over them.
