5-Step Bound

Aim: To practise a 5-step hop and step sequence with a powerful jump to end on. 

In this activity, participants follow a set rhythm to take-off and land as far forward as possible towards the landing zone. 

Participants should remember to stay upright when jumping and avoid stepping beyond the foul line.
