Aim: To run 2,500m on different terrain and surfaces of a cross country circuit. 

In this activity, participants run around a 2,500m course in ten laps of 250m, including several obstacles which need to be passed by each participant. 

Participants should remember to find a speed they can maintain for the whole distance and when running uphill focus on increasing their stride frequency and stride length when running downhill.
