1-2-3 Glide

Aim: To practise a single-arm medicine ball push for distance with 1-2-3 glide using both their dominant and non-dominant arm.

In this activity, participants complete a 1-2-3 glide and use one arm to push the medicine ball as far as possible into the throwing area.

Participants should remember to keep their back to the landing zone and keep their balance during their 1-2-3 glide and not grip the shot like a ball, the shot should sit at the base of their fingers rather than touching the palm of their hand.
