THE EXPO
Your World Championships start in Forum
This is where you pick up your bib number, your T-shirt and your race bag. But the Expo is much more than a practical pick-up point. This year’s Expo is presented in collaboration with LØBEREN, an Official Event Supporter. Together, we are bringing the running world to Forum in the days leading up to the World Championships.
This is where the anticipation starts to build. Where you meet runners from all over the world, explore running gear, activities, merchandise, food and drink, and feel race day getting closer.
Important information about bib collection
If you are running the one mile or 5 km, you should collect your bib number at the Expo in Forum no later than Friday 18 September.
If you are running the half marathon, you can collect your bib number, T-shirt and race bag throughout the full Expo opening period, from Wednesday 16 September until Saturday 19 September.

We recommend arriving outside peak hours.

To secure the best possible flow, we kindly ask you to tell us, when you plan to visit the Expo.

Shop and refuel
The Expo offers a wide selection of running gear – and make sure to stop by the official ASICS merchandise selection.
Grab a juice from JOE & THE JUICE, top up your energy at High5, and stop by the Royal Unibrew vehicle.

You can take the Metro to Forum Station, located right next to the venue. The adress is: Julius Thomsens Pl. 1, 1925 Frederiksberg.

Prepare for the Expo
Here are some good advice for your preparations:
- Spend 45 minutes at the Expo to see it all
- Expect to meet queues – especially in peak hours
- Plan you day if you have any must sees, check out the map
- Have your registration card e-mail / QR code ready on your device
- Stop by the Food Court and
- Take your time and get the most of your Expo experience

Some periods will be busier than others. Use the overview below to plan your visit and, if possible, collect your race pack during one of the quieter periods.

The Expo is open to everyone. Bring your family and friends, experience the atmosphere, explore the Expo, enjoy something to eat and drink, and watch Copenhagen come alive as it prepares to host the World Championships.

Can't pick up your bib number?
The Expo is where you collect your bib number, your T-shirt and your exclusive race bag. If you have problems visiting the Expo before race day, you have two options:
Have a friend helping you out
You can forward your registration card e-mail to a friend who can pick up your start pack at the Expo before race day.
Emergency bib pick-up in Fælledparken/Runners Area on race day
If you are unable to collect your bib number at the Expo, and no friend can help you out, emergency bib collection will be available on race day in the Runners Area in Fælledparken. Please expect queues and make sure to arrive in good time.
ASICS at the Expo
ASICS invites you into a space of inspiration, running experiences and activities in the days leading up to the World Championships. Here you can explore the running universe, find inspiration for race day and feel the energy from a brand closely connected to running at every level.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase the exclusive ASICS World Championships merchandise, available only in connection with WRRC Copenhagen 26.
Whether you are chasing a world title, a personal best or simply the best possible experience on the course, the Expo is where your preparations become part of the experience.
