DAY 7 ATTENDANCE FIGURES WCH Tokyo 25 records highest attendance with DAY 8 and DAY 9 also sold out!

World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25

DAY 7 of the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 once again saw the Japan National Stadium packed with fans from around the world. The energy, excitement, and global spirit of the championships were on full display, highlighting why WCH Tokyo 25 is a stage like no other. 

We’re pleased to announce that today’s sell out DAY 7 session set a new attendance record for the event, surpassing the previous high of 57,528 recorded on DAY 2.

The official attendance figures for DAY 7, as of 21:00 on Friday, 19 September, are as follows:
Evening Session: 58,643

Following this exciting development, WCH Tokyo 25 is pleased to announce that tickets for DAY 8 (Saturday 20 September) and DAY 9 (Sunday 21 September) Evening Sessions have now sold out. Please note that no tickets will be available for these sessions, either via the official ticketing website or at the Japan National Stadium ticket box.

With this, six evening sessions, DAY 1, DAY 2, DAY 6, DAY 7, DAY 8, and DAY 9 have all reached capacity. We are deeply grateful to the tens of thousands of fans whose passionate support has created an extraordinary atmosphere inside the Japan National Stadium.

Tickets for DAY 8 (Saturday 20 September) and DAY 9 (Sunday 21 September) Morning Sessions are selling quickly and are expected to follow suit in the coming days. Fans are encouraged to secure their seats early through the official ticketing website:https://tokyo25.pia.jp/?changeLanguageTo=en
