Cali welcomes the 2022 U20 World Athletics Championships

The athletics show begins in Cali. 141 countries will be competing, 1517 athletes in 24 modalities for men; 24 for women and one mixed, the 4X 400 relay. On the first day of the championship, 10 Colombian athletes will compete.

Cali begins a week of athletic show with the best and most select young athletes from 141 countries. The Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadium will be the epicenter of the event.

The competition day begins with the javelin throw / women at 9:05 a.m. and finishes with men's 400m/decathlon at 6:16 p.m.

The opening ceremony will be held at the end of the day schedule.
