Your World Championships start in Forum
This is where you pick up your bib number, your T-shirt and your race bag. But the Expo is much more than a practical pick-up point.
This year’s Expo is presented in collaboration with LØBEREN, an Official Event Supporter. Together, we are bringing the running world to Forum in the days leading up to the World Championships.
This is where the anticipation starts to build. Where you meet runners from all over the world, explore running gear, activities, merchandise, food and drink, and feel race day getting closer.
The Expo is a must-see for runners, friends, family and everyone who wants to be part of the World Championships atmosphere.
Important information about bib collection
If you are running the one mile or 5 km, you should collect your bib number at the Expo in Forum no later than Friday 18 September.
We recommend collecting your bib number at the Expo in the days leading up to your race whenever possible.
If you are running the half marathon, you can collect your bib number, T-shirt and race bag throughout the full Expo opening period, from Wednesday 16 September until Saturday 19 September.
Pick up your race pack
Collect your bib number, event T-shirt and race bag, and get ready for your World Championships weekend.
One mile and 5 km participants should collect their bib number at the Expo no later than Friday 18 September.
If you are unable to collect your bib number at the Expo, emergency bib collection will be available on race day in the Runners Area in Fælledparken. Please expect queues and arrive in good time.
Half marathon participants can collect their bib number, T-shirt and race bag throughout the full Expo opening period. We recommend arriving outside peak hours – you will find our suggested collection times further down this page.
Explore the latest running gear
Visit the Expo and explore a wide selection of running shoes, apparel and equipment brought together for World Championships week. You can also browse the official ASICS merchandise collection before race day.
Refuel and recharge
Take a break with food and drinks before or after exploring the Expo. Grab a coffee or juice from JOE & THE JUICE, top up your energy with products from High5, or stop by the Royal Unibrew vehicle for tastings and some time to relax in the lounge.

The Expo is also for supporters
You do not need a bib number to be part of the Expo. Bring your family and friends, experience the atmosphere, explore the Expo, enjoy something to eat and drink, and watch Copenhagen come alive as it prepares to host the World Championships.
