Glasgow 2023 European Capital of Sport 

Named European Capital City of Sport for 2023, the second time it has achieved this prestigious title, Glasgow has a proven track record of hosting major international sports events, including the 2014 Commonwealth Games, 2017 Badminton World Championships, 2018 European Championships, 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships, co-hosting UEFA Euro 2020, and the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships. We look forward to creating more exciting sporting highlights at the World Athletics Indoor Championships 2024.
