Twelve Olympic medallists on US team for IAAF/BTC World Relays Bahamas 2017

Twenty-one Olympians, including 12 medallists from the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, will take to Thomas A Robinson Stadium in Nassau for the IAAF/BTC World Relays Bahamas 2017 on 22-23 April.

Returning from the 2014 and 2015 World Relays squads to fight for a third Golden Baton are Tianna Bartoletta, Natasha Hastings, Tony McQuay, LaShawn Merritt, Chanelle Price, Mike Rodgers, Shalonda Solomon, David Verburg and Isiah Young.

At the 2015 edition, USA won four of the men’s events and three of the women’s. At the inaugural IAAF World Relays in 2014, US women won four of the five events, while the US men’s team memorably won the 4x400m.
