THE 5K COURSE

A fast, flat, and festive 5K run!

From the starting line, runners are cheered down Østerbrogade, pass a major power zone at Trianglen, and continue towards Østerport and past the historic Nyboder district.

On the return, they may even catch a glimpse of the future world champion and the leading pack on the dual-direction stretch along the lakes before once again passing the power zone at Trianglen and charging up the final stretch past Parken.
