Official hotels for the media and RHB

 

The LOC will prepare several hotels for RHB/Media in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro areas.

From these hotels, guests can easily access to Japan National Stadium by public transportation. 

Approximately six months before WCH, normal booking will begin through the EMS.

 

Transportation between the official hotels (Shinjuku & Ikebukuro) and each venue will basically be by public transportation.

Transportation IC cards necessary for using public transportation will be distributed.

Free shuttle buses will be operated between the National Stadium and the official hotels (Shinjuku & Ikebukuro) during late night and early morning hours when public transportation is not in operation.
