I now feel good. The tactics of the run was to be a team. My team mate prepared a field for me in order to run fast in the last 100m. We both come from the same area, Akamba Tribe in the Eastern Province. My motivation was to capture the domination of Kenya in this event. My idol is Bernard Lagat. This is the first year I am doing athletics, before I used to run as a child. I live in the countryside and there are many runners in my family. I train three times a week and I run around 15-20 kms a day during training. I have never won the National Championships.
