This role will join an efficient close-knit human resources team of two members responsible for the good staff management and staff's well-being. The department ensures that World Athletics is an organisation where the best talents are attracted, recruited, trained developed, cared for and supported to the highest possible standards. The role's core function is in supporting the staffing plan as needed, developing training plans, and assisting in other ad-hoc projects, admin tasks and support required for the department.
