After years-long cooperation between the Serbian Athletics Federation and the Comtrade holding company, the long-term partners have further expanded their collaboration. Comtrade has now become the official supplier of the World Athletics Indoor Championships Belgrade 22, which will be held on 18-22 March 2022 at the Stark Arena.

A gathering with media representatives was held today (17) in the new premises of Comtrade, during which the director of SP Atletika 2022, Predrag Momirovic, and the marketing director of Comtrade, Ljubomir Ristic, signed a contract.

Comtrade will provide all the necessary IT equipment for the organisation of the largest athletics event ever in the region.

"Comtrade has been supporting Serbian athletics for more than a decade. From the biggest competitions to athletics schools, we have always been there for the 'queen of sports', thus our support for this World Athletics Indoor Championships comes as a natural continuation of cooperation. In the year in which Comtrade celebrates 30 years of its permanent growth, we continue to nurture the sporting spirit and values and to support those who share them with us," said Ristic.

The event was also attended by the president of the local organising committee, Slobodan Brankovic, who introduced the media to the happenings that are in store for the next six months. Also, the event was magnified by the Serbian national team member Strahinja Jovancevic, the European indoor long jump bronze medallist.
