Coming into this weekend’s IAAF / VTB Bank Continental Cup, Nadzeya Ostapchuk had been having a perfect season – a National Record of 21.70m indoors, the IAAF World Indoor gold medal, the European title, and a 12-meet winning streak. But all good things must come to an end.<br>
Wallace Spearmon came into today’s IAAF / VTB Bank Continental Cup as the defending champion, and finished it as a two-time winner of the 200m, leading Team Americas to maximum points.<br>
With a dominating run, Aleksandra Fedoriva of Russia led a 1-2 finish for Team Europe in the women’s 200m.<br>
